Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Avalon Free Public Library (care of its Marketing Committee), State of New Jersey (the “Library”), at its offices located at 235 32nd Street, Avalon, New Jersey 08202 on January 23, 2018 no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.  At that place, and at the Marketing Committee’s meeting thereat to be held on January 24, 2018 at 1PM, responses timely received will be publicly opened and read aloud, for


Proposal forms, Instructions and Information, are available from the Library as follows: may be obtained online at the following web address []. All inquiries shall be made by email, via Telephone calls, faxes and/or requests for a solicitation, will not be accepted or acknowledged.

Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided, and shall be in accordance with the Instructions and Information and other RFP and proposal documents.

Electronic submissions in response to this RFP are required.  Same should be submitted by email to in a single PDF document, with “Marketing RFP” in the email subject line, by no later than 4pm, EST, on January 23, 2018.  The Library takes no responsibility for the loss or non-delivery of any response not received by that date and time.  Responders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Affirmative Action Plan and P.L. 1977, c. 33, and all other requirements set forth in the Proposal Instructions and Information. 

The Library reserves the right to accept a response which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Library; to waive any informalities therein; or to reject any or all responses in accordance with applicable law.
