Author David Dean will be here to talk Horror! His book, "The Thirteenth Child" is a novel of horror set in Southern New Jersey during the Halloween season. He will discuss what went into the writing of this book; the characters, plot, and creation of its unique and terrifying antagonist. David will also talk about various elements of local history and Halloween lore that became a part of his story, as well as how his career as a police officer played a role.
